- Choose an odour-free teapot
- Place one to three teaspoons or pinches of tea for each 2.5dl of
water into the preheated pot.
- The quantity of tea will determine the strength of the flavour.
- Pour LIME-FREE water at the required
temperature.

A good
way to stop easily the infusion: adequate filters: |
- Allow infusion for the time indicated.
- Bitterness grows with the duration of infusion.
- For quality whole tea leaves, two to four infusions are possible
in the same half day.
- Green, Oolong and P'uh-êhr Tea can be infused several times.
- Quantity and duration may be varied from the guideline to suit
personal taste.

- We have indicated on the label of each packet of tea the recommended
temperature and the time of infusion specific to each sort of tea.

IMPORTANT NOTICE :

- Green, Yellow and White teas require particular attention, otherwise
there may be a risk of « burning out » some of the flavour from the
leaves.

Temperature of the water for the infusion of the non-fermented
teas is 70°C (or under).
- A simple method to get the right temperature is to pour a quarter
of cold water onto the tea and then the remaining three quarters of
freshly boiled water.
